Leadership is a significant challenge yet many companies provide little or no developmental support to people in executive positions. Strange considering both the challenges and the business-critical importance of the role. However successful an individual may be, they can always improve: our aim is to identify where that performance improvement lies and provide a tailored, highly individualised intervention that will make a real and lasting difference. The goal in our coaching programmes is to facilitate a personal development process, working to challenge and modify behaviours that may be limiting performance. We work with you to establish objectives that reflect both professional and personal needs; and objectives that reflect value for the organisation as well as the individual.
The coaching is supported by a 360° Emotional Intelligence competency tool (Hay Group’s ECI) and the well known psychometric instrument the MBTI. These tools aid objectivity and provide genuine insights into how others perceive you and respond to your behaviours
Why choose coaching?
There are no training programmes that can adequately explore the issues each individual will face in an executive role. Everybody’s experience is unique. An individual approach is therefore essential to allow senior managers to be as effective as they can be. Coaching can be used to fast-track the development of high-fliers, of a remedial nature to address specific performance issues (even save a career) or anything in between. It is so flexible because it is unique to the individual.
The coach provides the reassurance and confidentiality that can only be provided by an independent external party.

We have a network of experienced coaches from different industry sectors, both male and female. The coach and coachee need to fell comfortable with each other so we do not adopt a one coach fits all philosophy. We will recommend coaches we believe offer the best fit and have expertise in the appropriate area.
